Between Earth & Eternity: Exploring the Soul’s Journey Through Reincarnation, Past Lives and Beyond

Near-Death Institute | International Anthology
Release Date: May 26, 2026

Meera is honoured to be a contributing author to the forthcoming anthology Between Earth & Eternity, published by the Near-Death Institute. This international collection features voices from researchers, clinicians, and authors exploring questions of consciousness, human experience, and the soul’s journey beyond physical existence.

In this Near-Death Institute anthology, Meera offers reflections on consciousness, mortality, and the enduring continuity of the soul, drawing from both her clinical experience and her contemplative understanding of life beyond visible thresholds.

In her chapter, Meera reflects on her personal and professional journey exploring consciousness, trauma, and the deeper dimensions of healing. Drawing from her experiences as a counselling therapist and clinical hypnotherapist, she explores how moments that bring us close to the threshold between life and death can transform our understanding of purpose, healing, and the soul’s evolution.

Beyond titles and professional roles, Meera sees herself as a witness to transformation — someone who walks beside others as they rediscover their inherent worth, their capacity for healing, and their connection to something greater than themselves. Her work supports this remembering by helping individuals reclaim their stories not as sources of limitation, but as
pathways to awakening.

She views therapy not merely as symptom reduction, but as the restoration of coherence — a remembering of one’s story as purposeful rather than random, and one’s suffering as containing the seeds of healing and growth.

For Meera, therapy is not only a clinical process but also a meeting of souls — a space where pain can be witnessed, meaning rediscovered, and hope quietly restored. She views human experience as a sacred passage rather than a random sequence of events: an opportunity for consciousness to learn and evolve through embodiment. In this way, her work becomes less
about fixing what is broken and more about illuminating what has always been present beneath the surface.

At the heart of Meera’s work is the belief that healing is not merely psychological — it can also be spiritual, cellular, and deeply connected to the soul’s evolution.

Published by the Near-Death Institute as part of an international anthology exploring consciousness and perspectives on the human experience.
