Studies demonstrate time and time again that simply having an outlet to discuss the complex revolving fluctuating negative feelings and emotions when attempting to deal with a painful loss is a catalyst for healing and learning how to live with this loss. These five stages of grief include denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance; and can flow in and out. They are not always linear in nature. We offer counselling, talk therapy, CBT, and hypnosis to provide the most optimum care possible and work toward getting you back to a place of happiness, peace, and living.
