There are times when we need shelter from the storm we are facing. Therapy offers a safe place to receive the support each of need during these difficult times in our lives.

Talk therapy (psychotherapy) focuses on examining a clients’ past to identify the experiences and triggers that are creating difficulties in their current lives.

Working with Kids

This form of psychotherapy is much longer in duration, possibly years of treatment, but is an effective protocol that allows the client insight as to what is truly causing the issues, emotions, and behaviours they are wanting to change, and with this clarity, comes change.
